Before preparing and typing your abstract, please read carefully the following instructions:
- Abstracts can be submitted via the online Abstract Submission Service only. Abstracts sent by fax or email will not be accepted
- Abstract must be in English
- The deadline for abstract submission is midnight Central European Time on 13 December 2024. Abstracts submitted after this date will not be accepted
- Choose your preferred type of presentation between Full oral (12 minutes + 3 minutes questions/discussion), Flash oral (5 minutes, no questions/discussion) and Poster
- Select the Main Topic of your presentation and, optionally, a Second Topic (otherwise select NO TOPIC) among the following conference topics:

- Insert from 1 to 5 keywords
- The complete abstract must not exceed 200 characters for the TITLE and 3800 characters for the BODY including references and ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS. The abstract title should be short, informative and contain the main keywords
- Type the text in single-line spacing and using Times New Roman 11. Do not use smaller type
- TITLE: capitalize the entire title. Spell out words. Do not use abbreviations and check that your title is complete in case you copy and paste it into the field
- AUTHORS/AFFILIATIONS: you may enter up to 20 authors in the authors list and 10 affiliations. The presenting must be part of the authors list included in the submitted abstract. The names of authors will be published as listed on the submission form. Please make sure you have entered the full list of authors. The authors’ order and details (names and affiliation) will be published as entered in the form (name and affiliation)
- ABSTRACT BODY: type the text of your abstract in the dedicated box. The abstract should include a brief backgorund and objectives of the study, a coincise description of the methods used, a summary of the main results and conclusions
- Do not include authors, institutions, city and abbreviations in the title or in the text since since revision process will be double blind. Abstracts will be accepted according to scientific merit
- References should be numbered in the text using square brackets and listed at the end of the abstract body in the order in which they appear in the text. Use the following compact reference style:
[1] N. Surname, N. Surname, Journal Name, Year, Volume, pages - Do not include grant aknowledgements in the abstract body but use the dedicated box
Final selection of abstracts will be made by the Scientific Committee by the beginning of March 2025. All corresponding authors will be notified by email of the outcome (accepted or not accepted) of the review process. Please make sure that the email address provided during registration is correct as all correspondence will be sent by email
NOTE:

Each corresponding author is allowed to submit a maximum of 2 abstracts for each paid registration and only 1 of the abstracts can be for an oral presentation (either full oral and flash oral). Therefore, for corresponding authors submitting 2 contribitions only the following options are allowed: 1 full oral and 1 poster, 1 flash oral and 1 poster, 2 posters.

Registration of the corresponding author to the Conference is mandatory to include the accepted abstract in the scientific programme. Failure of the corresponding author to register will result in the withdrawal of the abstract from the scientific programme of the Conference.
