BY PLANE – Leonardo da Vinci Airport, Fiumicino (Rome)
Drive along the Fiumicino-Rome motorway for about 20 km, enter the EUR district and travel another 3 km to viale Umberto Tupini, 65.
Get the Leonardo Express train which arrives at Termini station in 32 minutes. From here, see below, BY TRAIN.
BY TRAIN
Rome has two main railway stations, Termini and Tiburtina.
Termini station is served by underground lines B and B1, Tiburtina station by line B.
Once you arrive at the station, get the metro B or B1 towards Laurentina. Get off at the EUR Magliana stop. From there, walk for 600 m to viale Umberto Tupini, 65.
BY CAR
From the Grande Raccordo Anulare, take exit no. 26 – direction EUR Roma and continue straight on via Pontina and via Cristoforo Colombo for around 2.5 km.
Arrived at Piazzale dello Sport, turn right into Piazzale Pier Luigi Nervi/viale dell’Umanesimo, continue in largo del Ciclismo, turn right into viale dell’Umanesimo/largo Mustafa Kemal Ataturk and finally turn right into viale Umberto Tupini.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Subway: Line B, Eur Magliana stop (600 meters away)
Bus: Line 709 (Astronomia-Gandhi stop); lines 31, 771, 780 (Tupini-Astronomia stop)
Taxi: To reserve a taxi by telephone, call 063570. The nearest station is in viale Europa (400 meters away)
VISA INFORMATION
Depending on their citizenship, delegates may need to obtain a visa before coming to Italy.
It is the delegate’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for Italy and to apply for a visa, if necessary.

It is highly recommended to apply in due time, as the visa-issuing procedures could take up to 120 days.
To support visa requests, the Organizing Secretariat provides the following documentation:
- An invitation letter addressed to the visa applicant and a visa request letter addressed to the Italian Embassy, both signed by the CEO of AIM Group International
- Chamber of Commerce Company Registration
- ID of the CEO of AIM Group International
The documentation must be downloaded by the delegate from their personal area, after registering their data on the Congress platform
Please note that:
- Submission of the required documentation does not automatically guarantee visa issuance.
- The Organizers and/or the Organizing Secretariat will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
- The invitation and visa request letters are not legally or financially binding on the Organizing Secretariat. Expenses related to the conference shall be borne by delegates themselves.

Refund requests for cancellation due to a denied visa must be submitted before the Congress and accompanied by the official visa denial letter from the Italian embassy.
The requests must be addressed to the Organizing Secretariat, at nir2025.reg@aimgroup.eu.
If approved, the request due to a denied visa will be eligible for a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 30% administration charge. Approved refunds will start being processed and issued 60 days after the congress.
