Organizations/department/research team, working at the same facility, that registers at least 4 people, gets a 50% discount on the fifth registration fee.
The 50% discounted fee will be applied once the registration process and payment of the 4 team members is complete. If your team meets the guidelines, please send an email to nir2025.reg@aimgroup.eu to receive further information about the discount procedure.
Note: Please first contact the Organising Secretariat to get the instructions and then register the fifth participant. Refunds will not be processed after registrations have been made. Discounts cannot be issued retroactively. Additional services such as attendance to workshop and gala dinner are not part of this special offer.

Please note:
- All transfer charges must be prepaid by the transmitter.
- Personal cheques, company cheques or Euro cheques will not be accepted.
- In case the deadline for registration at early fee has passed before payment of a registration is received, the higher registration fee shall automatically apply.
CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENT
- Payment via bank transfer only possible until May 30, 2025.
- Replacements of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of € 30,00 per participant after April 28, 2025.
- The registration fee is based on the date of registration and payment.
- Each attendee must register separately.
- Participants do not need to request the invoice since AIM Italy will issue and send invoices to all participants with confirmed and registered payment as per Italian regulation on incoming payments.
- If you want to benefit from the lower fee, register early and pay before the deadline.
- Registration payments must be received before the registration deadline for a certain discounted rate to be applied; if payment is not received before the deadline, the next higher rate will be applied.
- Participants failing to present a valid ticket or proof of payment will have to buy on site tickets. No refunds will be made.
- At the end of the registration process online, a preliminary confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Once the payment has been received and processed, the invoice will be issued as final confirmation of your registration.
NAME CHANGES
FOR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS AND SMALL GROUPS LESS TO 10 PEOPLE ONLY
After until April 28, 2025 name changes will be charged of an handling fee of Euro 150,00 (VAT included) per name change. A new online registration for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to AIM Group International – AIM Italy S.r.l.
Cancellations will be accepted until April 28, 2025, with a refund of all prepaid fees except for a 30% administration charge.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Congress.
UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT
In the unlikely case that the “NIR 2025” cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organizers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by Italian or foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc.) the Congress Organizers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
